Revenue Tracker - Compare Revenue Tracker Versions

Overview:

Compare different versions of the revenue tracker, that will highlight changes from one version to another including

  • New Clients
  • Lost Clients
  • Changes in timing
  • Changes in probability factors

Steps: 

Starting from the main screen 

1.     Navigate to ACCOUNTING > Budget > Revenue Tracker Versions

2.     Select the IDKEY boxes that needs to be compared 

Medium KB  (2)

The selected versions must be for the same start date

3.     Select the Variance Report hyperlink

4.     Select the version to be displayed

5.     Select PREVIEW

A Revenue Tracker Variance Report will display the compares the selected versions and variances as NEW,  LOST and OTHER changes

6.     Select the Job Summary Variance Report

A Job Variance Summary Report will display that will compare the selected version, summaries and variances by Job
