Revenue Tracker - Compare Revenue Tracker Versions

This guide shows how to compare Revenue Tracker versions in Counta to spot changes in forecasts and allocations.

Step by Step Guide:

1. Navigate to ACCOUNTING > Budgets > Revenue Tracker Versions

2. Select the IDKEY boxes that needs to be compared.

Note: The selected versions must be for the same start date

3. Select the Variance Report hyperlink

4. Select the version to be displayed

5. Select PREVIEW

Tip: The Revenue Tracker Variance Report displays a comparison of the selected versions, highlighting variances categorized as NEW, LOST, and OTHER changes.

6. Select the Job Summary Variance Report

7. Select the version to be displayed

8. Select PREVIEW

Tip: The Job Variance Summary Report compares the selected versions and displays summaries and variances by job.
