Revenue tracker reporting options
Run Revenue Tracker reports on various options including Currency and Office Grouping
Steps:
- Navigate to JOBS > Revenue Tracker > Revenue Tracker.
- Select Revenue Tracker Report.
- From the Revenue Tracker Report Selection Screen, users have several options to run the following reporting.
Currency Options
- Use Office Home Currencies -Use the default office currency.
- Convert to Selected Currency - Use which FX rates to apply for each accounting year included:
- The current FX Rates
- The MONTHLY FX RATE CARD - Choose the different monthly rate cards for the different years if the report spans multiple accounting years if you have created multiple rate cards.
The latter requires users to establish the monthly rate cards which can be setup from Setup Files > Currencies > FX Monthly Report Rates
Grouping Options
Define how the report is grouped by choosing up to 3 different custom grouping options.
- GROUPING OPTION 1
- GROUPING OPTION 2
- GROUPING OPTION 3
Users can select one option from the categories below on data to be included within each grouping option.
- Probability
- Client
- Product
- Master Client
- Client Type
- Client Manager
- Job Manager
- Job Type
- Department
Users can choose to report by master job (roll any sub jobs up into the master job - or show all sub jobs individually)
Filter Options
Users can also choose from multiple filters below to view the Revenue Tracker Reporting
- Offices
- Job Managers
- Client Managers
- Clients
- Products
- Campaigns
- Job Types
- Departments
Consolidate multiple offices by unchecking SEPARATE REPORT FOR EACH OFFICE
Summary Page
Users can now elect to include or exclude the summary page
The Summary Page will always be excluded if multiple currencies are included in the report.
