How to edit, and print a revenue tracker

How to edit a revenue tracker

Steps: 

  1. Navigate to JOBS > Revenue Tracker > Revenue Tracker.
  2. Use the Filters to narrow down your search, or scroll through the list of Job No. 
  3. Update the revenue tracker in 2 ways
    1. Individual job - check the box next to a Job No. that needs updating.
    2. Multiple jobs - check all the boxes next to a Job No. that needs updating.
  4. Edit or Enter the monthly revenue forecast breakdown or change the probability factors.

  5. Click SAVE

Actual revenue will only display against the first ESTIMATE VERSION.

The Job No will be highlighted in red if the entire estimated revenue of a job is not yet forecasted.
 

How to print out a revenue tracker report

Steps: 

  1. Click Preview.
  2. Select or Enter the following information.

    Report Selection  Description 
    From Accounting Year  Start or accounting year
    From Accounting Month  Start of accounting month 
    Budget Version   Will determine the number of months of   actual revenue displayed on the report 
    To Accounting Year End of accounting year 
    To Accounting Month  End of accounting month 
  3. Click Preview to view the report.
  4. Click the printer icon to print the report.
