Implementation and Onboarding
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Single Sign-On (SSO) enables your employees to access all of your business's systems using just one account. By implementing SSO for your business, you can mandate that users sign into Accountability by utilizing their SSO credentials.
Steps:
- Accountability generates a customized SSO URL that features your agency's name, replacing the standard URLs. This personalized URL will follow a format similar to "companyname-accountabilityone.com".
Americas accountabilityone.com EMEA accountabilityoneeu.com APAC accountabilityonesystem.com - Accountability supplies the necessary details to authenticate our SAML request with the new URL and our CER (Certificate) file.
- The agency finalizes the setup by submitting a CER (Certificate) file and the SSO identity provider's URL. Please also specify the type of Protocol Binding being used.
- Both parties conduct tests on the new URL. Once testing is successful, the agency chooses a date to switch over to the new SSO URL.
Accountability needs login information to allow our support team to assist with troubleshooting. This should be provided as an email address, such as countasupport@clientdomain.com, and should not have two-factor authentication activated.
