Time Reports

Export data - time reports

Generate a time report using the export data feature. Include all or filter to streamline your report view.

Steps:

1. Navigate to the Time & Tasks menu > select Time Reports.

2. All time reports are group by type - Export Data, Employee Time Reports, and Client Time Reports. Expand the Export Data group and click on the Export Data link.

3. The system will display the Employee Timesheet Export Selection page. Enter the dates for which you would like to generate timesheet data.

4. By default, the system will include time with Billable, Non-billable, Unapproved Time, Public Holidays, and Leave. Uncheck any of these boxes if you wish to exclude them.

Note - At least one of these boxes must be checked, otherwise, an empty export file is generated. 

 

5. Optionally, you can filter the export for time pertaining to a job by entering the Job No.

6. Uncheck the box if you do not wish to Include Sub Jobs.

7. Check the box if you wish to Report by Master Job.

Filters

You can chose to limit the data that appears on the export by the following attributes:

  • Offices
  • Clients
  • Products
  • Campaigns
  • Departments
  • Titles
  • Employees

Tip - If entities are set up for your agency, you may select an Entity from the list to have the system select the offices linked to the entity.
