Cancelled Approvals Hidden by Default

What is it?

Cancelled approval records are now hidden by default across all approval pages. A new “Show Cancelled Approvals” checkbox that allows you to display them when needed.

Why it matters

Previously, cancelled approvals were always displayed alongside active and pending approvals. Approval lists are now shorter and easier to scan.

With this change, you can:

Focus only on approvals that still require attention
Reduce clutter on approval pages
View cancelled records only when needed for audit or review.

How it works

By default, only active approvals are shown
Cancelled approvals are hidden automatically.
- Check “Show Cancelled Approvals” to display them.
- Uncheck to hide them again
