Override tax code or rate on credit card transactions
Users now have the option to override the Tax amount on My Corporate Credit Cards transactions. This new option is consistent with the current functionality within My Expenses.
Click on the Layout
button to add the Tax columns to your view.
The system will automatically calculate the tax amount based on the default Tax Code. Update the Tax Code or check the Override Tax box to enter a different Tax amount as needed.
Users with Manage > Credit Cards access will continue to have the ability to edit the card transaction line and override the tax code or amount.
