What's New (December 19, 2022)
Streamlined expense claims experience, new reporting options, and localized Estimate format for India
Simplified messaging workflow for rejected expenses
An employee proxy manages expense claims or credit card transactions on behalf of another employee. When an approver rejects an expense claim, the rejection email is now routed to the proxy who submitted it. Previously, rejected expense claim messages were sent to the employee.

New option to streamline the list of expense task types
By default, the list of available task types on My Expenses and My Corporate Credit Cards is driven by 2 criteria: (1) the task type needs to be enabled for supplier charges, and (2) it needs to be mapped to the job type on the job.
A new option on the Task Type record allows your agency to exclude supplier task types. This is helpful if you only want to use supplier task types on purchase orders or supplier invoices. To enable this option, see Allow Specific Task Types on Expense and Credit Card Claims.
Easily export a list of task types across all job types
Task types are mapped to job types in Accountability to only show task types that are valid for a specific job type. To review existing mappings across job types and task types, navigate to the Jobs page and click on the Job Types and Task Types hyperlink. See Exporting Job Types with Associated Task Types for details.
Mask bank account number on payment remittance advice
A payment remittance advice generated directly from the platform includes a supplier's bank details by default. A new option to mask the supplier's bank account number is now available at the Supplier Type level. See Mask Bank Account on Payment Remittance Advice for details.
India-specific client estimate format
Offices with a country designation of India now have access to the standard India Estimate format. The localized format includes these tax-related fields: HSN code, GSTIN (Tax ID number), State Code, Place of Supply, and the breakout of CGST/SGST/IGST values. Learn more here.
