Mobile My Expenses - Multi-Currency Update
Multi-currency expense claims can now be entered via mobile devices. Previously, the multi-currency claims were managed on the desktop site. This change allows global users to keep up to date on their expense claims and allows agencies to process financial transactions in a timely manner. For information on how to enter expense claims via a mobile device, click here.

Record Serial No, Location, and Notes for Fixed Assets
Two new fields have been added to the Fixed Assets page - serial number and location. These 2 fields are optional and can be added via the Fixed Asset import template as well as added manually when creating a Fixed Asset. Notes can be recorded via the Notes link as well as via the import process. All 3 can be reported on via the Excel export as well as via the Column selection via the Search Fixed Assets page. Click here to learn more about recording Fixed Assets.
See Client Contact Details when Managing Client Job Invoices
Users now have the option to see the client contact when deciding to approve or reject Client Job Invoices. Click on the Columns button to include the Client Contact on the layout and hover over the client name to see their email address. Click here for more information on approving and rejecting invoices through the Manage Client Job Invoices page.
Timesheet Export includes Currency
The Employee Timesheet Export now includes the currency. The system will display the currency associated with the office. For example, if time is recorded against a job that belongs to the NY office by a Toronto employee, the currency displayed is USD. Click here to learn how to request the Timesheet Export.
