What's New (February 13, 2023)
My Time Update - Jobs locked for Timesheet Entry
Previously, a user was able to enter time against a pinned job that is locked for timesheet entry. This has now been updated to prevent time entry on those jobs. To find more information on how to lock jobs from specific transaction types, click here.
Excel version of the Trial Balance includes Custom Fields
Agencies can use custom fields to add additional information on their GL Accounts. These custom fields now appear on the Trial Balance Excel export. Click here to learn how to request the Trial Balance Report.
AMEX file includes additional merchant info
Accountability offers end users the ability to code their credit card transactions and submit them for payment via the My Corporate Credit Cards page. The merchant that appears in My Corporate Credit Cards comes from the "merchant doing business as" field on the American Express file. This sometimes did not provide enough information for the end user to properly code their credit card transactions. Now, Accountability will populate the description field (which was previously blank) with the "merchant name" from the American Express transaction feed to help facilitate an easier coding process. Click here to learn more about coding credit card transaction from the My Corporate Credit Cards page.
