Set 2FA Authentication Duration

You can now customize how often you need to authenticate with 2FA when logging into the platform. By default, 2FA verification is required every 24 hours, but you can choose from these options:

  • Require 2FA every login
  • Require 2FA every 12 hours
  • Require 2FA every 24 hours (default)
  • Require 2FA every 30 days

You can adjust this setting either during initial setup or the next time you authenticate. Please note that this feature is not available for agencies using Single Sign-On (SSO).

Improved user experience with "Get Data" feature

We've enhanced the "Get Data" functionality for agencies who prefer controlling when data refreshes on search pages. Two key improvements have been implemented:

  • The "Get Data" button now appears in color, making it more obvious

  • Previous data clears automatically when filters are changed, clearly indicating when the page needs to be refreshed

These updates are particularly beneficial for users who need to apply specific filters before displaying data, especially when working with large datasets.

The "Get data automatically on search pages" option remains available for agencies who want to control their data refresh experience.  To enable this feature, navigate to Set Up Files>Set Up Options>Other Options.
