What's New (February 20, 2023)
Maintaining Products and Campaigns
Accountability offers users the ability to import, update, and export Product and Campaign lists via Excel. This functionality offers new agencies the ability to create products and campaigns en masse, as well as facilitating an easier method of maintaining groups of products or campaigns at once. To learn more about importing, updating, and exporting via Excel, click here.
See Client Name on Purchase Orders
The client name now appears on supplier purchase orders. Previously, only the job number and job name appeared on these vendor facing documents. Click here to find more information on issuing purchase orders.

Route Internal Supplier Invoices for Interoffice Billing
A new option allows you to bypass the emailing of internal supplier invoices for interoffice billing. This new option alleviates the delay caused by email systems to route the interoffice billing to the main agency job as a supplier invoice. To use this option, go to the Set Up Files menu -> click on Set Up Options -> expand the Accounting Options section -> then uncheck Send Intercompany Supplier Invoices to Incoming Supplier Invoices via Email. Click here to learn more about the Interoffice Billing process.
