Filter on Sent Status from Payment and Invoice pages
What is it?
A new filter option has been added to the Payment Remittance and all the Invoice pages, e.g. Client Summary Invoice, to allow agencies to view details based on sent status. Additionally, a Send Status column has been added to provide better reporting from these pages.
Why does it matter?
For agencies that need to review sent status of their invoices or payments, they are now able to quickly view it from the Search pages rather than going into each transaction and reviewing the email history.
How does it work?
From the Payments page, click on the Columns button to display the Send Status column. The system will display the sent status of each payment and will provide a listing of payments based on the Send Status filter option selected.
Note - The sent status applies to payment remittance advices emailed from Accountability. It does not apply to payment files sent to banks and third party partners.
From the invoice pages, such as Search Client Summary Invoices, click on the Layout button to display the Send Status column.
Define Time Lock Date by Office
What is it?
This new feature introduces the ability to set a custom Time Sheet Lock Date for each individual office within your organization. This setting overrides the general Timesheet Lock Date found under Setup Options > General Settings, allowing for a more tailored approach to managing timesheet submissions and deadlines.
Why does it matter?
The introduction of office-specific Time Sheet Lock Dates is a significant enhancement for organizations that operate multiple offices, each with its own set of operational schedules and constraints. By enabling administrators to set unique lock dates for each office, this feature ensures that timesheet management can be more accurately aligned with the specific needs and workflows.
How does it work?
- Navigate to Set Up Files > Offices, and select the office code you wish to adjust.
- Customize the Time Sheet Lock Date: Within the office page, you will find an option to set a specific Time Sheet Lock Date. This can be adjusted to suit the operational schedule of the office in question.
- Implementation: Once a custom Time Sheet Lock Date is set for an office, all time sheet submissions for employees associated with that office will need to adhere to the new deadline. This ensures that submissions are aligned with the customized operational needs of each office.
- Default Setting Fallback: If a custom Timesheet Lock Date is not specified for an office, the system will default to using the standard Time Sheet Lock Date set under the Set Up Files > Offices. This ensures continuity and ease of management for offices that do not require a customized submission deadline.
