[US] CSI API Update

Accountability's integration with CSI automates the payment process for agencies for virtual credit cards and other payment methods.  Multi-company tokens are now supported within the platform.  This means that an agency with multiple companies within the CSI platform can enabled with one set of credentials in Accountability.  

View the full depreciation history of each fixed asset

Accountability offers a holistic view of a fixed asset's depreciation history and forecasted depreciation. This can be found via the Asset History page within each fixed asset. For more information on how to access this page, click here

Automatically create fixed asset disposal record 

This only applies to new agencies migrating to Accountability. The fixed asset import template now has a Disposal Date.  For disposed fixed assets, the import will automatically create a disposal record within the platform. Learn more about fixed asset management here.

View invoice and office currency side-by-side on aging reports 

You have always had the option to request AR and AP Aging Reports by Office Currency or Invoice Currency.  With this release, the Office Currency version now includes the aged balance of each transaction in the Invoice Currency. 

The daily or monthly breakout will still be in your office currency, but you'll be able to see the balance in the original foreign amount and the corresponding currency code next to the balance in your office currency. 

View transaction currency in GL Transaction List Report 

The Excel version of the GL Transaction List Report has been updated to include the Transaction Currency Code and the Transaction Currency Amount.  This makes it easier for you to see the foreign amount against the local office amount for multi-currency transactions.   To access the report, navigate to Accounting>General Ledger>General Ledger Reports and select the General Ledger Transaction List Report.  Click the Excel version to view the additional columns. 

Combine job and media client invoices into one document

You now have the option to consolidate approved client invoices (media, job, and sundry invoices) into a summary document for client presentation. If using the integrated email functionality, the summary invoice will contain links to the individual invoices, saving the need to attach additional files. Proxies can now work on multiple employee timesheets or expense reports simultaneously

As a timesheet, expense claim, and credit card proxy user, Accountability offers the ability to have multiple tabs open across various employees. The employee's name will appear on each tab offering the proxy a quick glance of the employee whose timesheet, expense claim, or credit card transactions is open for. Furthermore, the url of each tab is unique to every employee as it contains the employee id.   

To open a separate tab for another employee, right click on the tab to duplicate or open the link in a new tab/window. Then, use the selector icon Screen Shot 2023-01-17 at 12.04.09 PM to select a different employee.

Create expense budgets by job

Instead of creating granular GL sub-accounts to manage expense budgets, you can now use the Job record in Accountability to track corporate expense budgets and actuals.  Click here to learn about creating expense budgets.
