System Update - January 23, 2023
New User Access Group transaction type and database-level setting for expense claims
Control to Scheduled Invoices function
There is now a separate transaction type on the User Access Group form to control access to Scheduled Invoices. Prior to this release, users with access to Client Job Invoices , Estimate, and Revenue Tracker automatically had access to the Scheduled Invoices function.
To remove access to Scheduled Invoices, navigate to Set Up Files>User Access Groups and select the group to update. Select Scheduled Invoices from the Selected transactions on the right and click the left arrow to move it to the left. Click Save.
Remove Billable checkbox on expense claims
By default My Expenses and My Corporate Credit Cards will have a Billable checkbox that drives the list of jobs that a user can select from, i.e. if the box is checked, the list will show only billable jobs. Your agency now has the option to remove this checkbox.
The system will behave as follows:
- If a Job Number is entered, the Billable flag on the job will determine whether the expense or transaction line is billable or non-billable
- If a Job Number is not entered, the system will treat the line as non-billable
This option is controlled at the database level, so it will apply to all offices if enabled. Contact support@counta.com if you want this checkbox removed.
