Supplier Invoice Audit Trail
We've launched a new audit trail for Supplier Invoices! Track every modification to your supplier bills - from initial entry to posting. See who changed what and when, directly from your Supplier Invoices page by clicking the Audit Trail link.
For detailed information, check out our Supplier Invoice Audit Trail Article.
This is part of our broader initiative to provide comprehensive transaction-level audit trails across the platform. Along with journals, client job invoices, and estimates, this supplier invoice audit trail helps build a complete picture of your financial transactions. Be on the lookout for additional transactions in future releases.
Pre-populate media supplier invoice lines
This functionality is for agencies using Accountability as their Media Finance system.
Media supplier invoices received through the Incoming Supplier Invoices inbox can now be easily reconciled against unmatched media schedule line items.
Click "Add Media" to display media schedules for the specified supplier. Within a schedule, you can select all or some of the insertions to pre-populate the invoice details. Adjust any invoice line items as needed.
[US] Define 1099 Recipient Name
RELEASED: DECEMBER 30 2024
In addition to a 1099-specific address, you can now define a 1099 Contact Name if the Recipient Name is different from the Supplier Name on file.
For a step-by-step guide, see 1099 Contact Records.
[US] Generate Check File with Payee Details
RELEASE DATE: DECEMBER 30, 2024
A second file format "US Check File Detail" is now available for check payments. If your agency uses Positive Pay, this new format includes all of the details your bank needs, including: check numbers, amounts, and payees.
For a step-by-step guide, see US Check Files.
Define Secondary WIP Account
RELEASED: DECEMBER 23, 2024
You can now create a Job or Task Type level Posting to GL Account record to override your default WIP and/or Advance Billing Control Account.
As an agency, you might need to track billable supplier costs across different services or products. These services or products might be represented as Job Types or Task Types within the platform. This new functionality makes it easier to manage your WIP and Advance Billing balances by service or product.
For a step-by-step guide, see: Create a Separate WIP Account
