Streamlined supplier invoice entry, Mediaocean Ignitia integration, Department dissection update for POs and supplier invoices
Streamlined supplier invoice entry
We updated the supplier invoice header layout to streamline invoice entry. Instead of taking up multiple lines on the top of the page, only the primary required fields are displayed, leaving more room for invoice line entry. Other header details have been organized in Other Details, which can easily be accessed with one click.

Mediaocean Ignitia integration
Ignitia is Mediaocean's media cross-media bill/pay product, which is currently in pilot at some agencies. Accountability's integration with Ignitia automates the import of media client and vendor invoices.
Accountability now supports the Ignitia AR and AP file formats, provided by Mediaocean. During the Mediaocean pilot phase, these files can be imported into Accountability through the Mediaocean Configuration page. When Ignitia is available for general release, the files will be automatically imported into Accountability.

Department allocation on POs and Supplier Invoices
We updated the department allocation logic on POs and supplier invoices to mirror the logic used by the system for all other transaction types so that it is consistent for both GL postings and department head approvals.
The system will use the Department entered by the user on the line item.
If this is left blank, the system will populate the Department at the point of posting based on the following hierarchy:
Step 1:
Use the Department on the Job. If this is blank, go to Step 2.
Step 2:
Use the Employee Department. If this is blank, go to Step 3.
When you assign a PO line to a specific Employee, the system looks up the Department on the Employee's record and automatically populates the Department on the PO line at the point of Save.
Step 3:
Use the Task Type Department. If this is not mapped, go to Step 4.
Step 4:
Use the Job Type Department. If this is not mapped, go to Step 5.
Step 5:
Use the Client Department. If this is not assigned, the Department is left blank.
