Supplier and Payment Import Enhancement
Streamline the import workflow for non-billable expenses.
Non-billable job costs can be imported using the supplier or payment import template. We have enhanced our templates to use expense account mapping for task types when importing non-billable job line items.
Previously, to import a non-billable supplier invoice or payment line item, the user had to populate the GL account in addition to the job and task type.

Media Financial Summary for Mediaocean (US only)
Get a consolidated view of media invoice amounts.
Accountability's integration with Mediaocean automates the ingestion of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable data. This new feature provides media accounting users with a consolidated view of billed and cleared amounts at the Media Schedule (aka Media Estimate) level.
Manage cashflow
In addition to AR and AP details received from Mediaocean, the Media Financial Summary includes receipt and payment amounts for each media estimate.
Users can also Filter On the accounting month to view all client and supplier invoices within that range and display any receipts and payments against those invoices, even if they occur after the accounting month.
Drill down to see more details
Users can also drill down into Schedule Number & Description to see detailed data by medium/supplier/month of service and identify vendor matches with corresponding billing lines.

Xero Integration Enhancement (AU only)
We have added two new fields to the Talent Supplier Details form. With this change, agencies are able to capture more detailed information about the Talent being paid, including their gender and email address. We have also updated the integration to ensure that this information is sent to Xero for new Talent suppliers.

Dynamic approval workflow
We are in the process of redesigning our approval infrastructure to give agencies more flexibility in defining their approval process for purchase orders, supplier invoices, expense claims, and journals.
Designate approvers on master files and transactions
As part of the redesigned approval infrastructure, you will see new fields on the following master data records and transaction headers:
Record | New Field | What does it do? |
Employee | Supervisor | This allows you to define the employee's direct manager, which can be used for approval routing |
Department | Department Heads | This allows you to define the department approvers by office. Note that the department code needs to be mapped to a supplier task type. |
Job | Production Manager | This allows you to have a different Job Manager, responsible for the financial health of the job and a Production Manager responsible for the execution of a production job. |
Purchase Order | Nominated Approver | This gives you the option to designate an employee to be the approver for a specific PO. |
Up next: Sequential approval
With this redesign, authorized users will be able to define approval rules and sequencing, down to the office level.
