Invoice Due Date Added to Client Reconciliation Report

We've added the Invoice Due Date to the Receivables - Client Reconciliation Report to improve visibility into payment timelines. This update helps agencies analyze when payments were received relative to when they were due.

  • Invoice Due Date now appears to the right of the Invoice Date in the report.
  • Included in both the report view and Excel export for easier analysis.

Summarized Sequential Approval Notifications

Managers will now receive a single email and/or message for approvals instead of receiving multiple notifications.

How It Works:

If multiple approval records are created for the same transaction, for the same manager, at the same approval step and sequence, the system will:

  • Send one summarized message/email instead of multiple individual notifications.
  • Allow managers to open a linked view where they can select one or multiple lines to approve or reject.

Why This Change?

Previously, if an employee submitted an Expense Claim with multiple entries, a manager would receive a separate email for each entry, which could make the approval process overwhelming. Now, all entries requiring approval at the same step are grouped into a single notification for efficiency.

This update streamlines the approval workflow, reducing unnecessary notifications while ensuring managers can still review and approve transactions efficiently.

Approval Buttons Now Hidden for Approval Scenarios

We've updated how the Approve and Reject buttons behave on pages where Approval Scenarios exist. Previously, these buttons were disabled, but now they are completely hidden to improve clarity and streamline the user experience.

Affected Pages:

This change applies to pages under the Approve menu.

  • Leave
  • Credit Cards
  • Expense Claims

How It Works:

  • If an Approval Scenario exists, the buttons are hidden.
  • If no Approval Scenario exists, the buttons remain functional and visible.

Fixed: Tax Override Preservation During Invoice Posting

We've resolved an issue where the "Override Tax" setting wasn't being preserved when posting supplier invoices that originated from credit card transactions. Previously, when finance approvers manually adjusted tax amounts on credit card transactions, the system correctly carried these overrides during the initial conversion to supplier invoices. However, these override values were subsequently replaced with a recalculated amount based on the Tax Code percentage.

With this fix, the "Override Tax" flag is retained when the card transaction is converted, and manually overridden tax amounts will now be properly maintained throughout the entire process.
