Partial job cost transfer
Centralized job cost management and partial transfer
You can now perform job cost transfers within the Job Cost & Billing Detail page, giving you seamless access to cost and billing information across jobs in a central place.
In addition to centralized management of job costs, this release also includes the ability to partially transfer costs from one job to another. This versatile feature allows you to transfer supplier invoices, purchase orders, and actual time, enabling you to accurately record costs across jobs. Navigate to Jobs > Job Summaries > Job Cost & Billing Summary and select the job that you will transfer costs from. You will then be able to select the costs you want to fully or partially transfer and click on the Transfer button.
