Email internet banking export file to designated user

What is it?

Internet banking files for batch payments can now be emailed to a designated email address.

Why it matters?

  • Agencies can use the designated email inbox to centralize all payment files generated to avoid duplicate requests throughout the day.
  • This also provides the option to create separation of duties between the user generating payment file in Accountability and the user responsible for importing the file to the bank.

How it works?

  1. Assign a group distribution or an individual's email address in the Internet Banking File Email field on the Office record.
