What's New - November 4, 2024
Reverse multiple accrued revenue
Reverse multiple accrued revenue transactions
What is it?
You can now multi-select and reverse accrued or deferred revenue transactions even if they were posted in different accounting months. Prior to this enhancement, you can only multi-reverse accruals posted to the same accounting month.
Why it matters?
This function is useful for agencies who do not enable auto-reversal of accrued or deferred revenue because they need to track the age of the accrued transaction relative to their billing schedule.
How does it work?
- Navigate to Accounting > Revenue Tools > Accrued Revenue.
- Apply relevant filters. Make sure to only show "Posted" transactions.
- Select one or more transactions to reverse and click on the Reverse button at the bottom of the page. All accrued revenue transactions selected , regardless of accounting month, will be reversed into the current accounting month.
Two-factor authentication mandatory as of November 30, 2024
Agencies who are not on Single Sign-On (SSO) need to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) by November 30, 2024. 2FA will be mandatory for all users on this date.
Agency Administrators can enable 2FA by navigating to Set Up Files>Set Up Options. Under Other Options, check the option Use two-factor authentication.
We advise communicating this change and share the Knowledgebase article below to your employees prior to enabling this option.
