Reverse multiple accrued revenue

Reverse multiple accrued revenue transactions

What is it? 

You can now multi-select and reverse accrued or deferred revenue transactions even if they were posted in different accounting months.  Prior to this enhancement, you can only multi-reverse accruals posted to the same accounting month. 

Why it matters? 

This function is useful for agencies who do not enable auto-reversal of accrued or deferred revenue because they need to track the age of the accrued transaction relative to their billing schedule. 

How does it work? 

  1. Navigate to Accounting > Revenue Tools > Accrued Revenue.
  2. Apply relevant filters. Make sure to only show "Posted" transactions. 
  3. Select one or more transactions to reverse and click on the Reverse button at the bottom of the page.  All accrued revenue transactions selected , regardless of accounting month, will be reversed into the current accounting month. 

 

Two-factor authentication mandatory as of November 30, 2024

Agencies who are not on Single Sign-On (SSO) need to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) by November 30, 2024.  2FA will be mandatory for all users on this date. 

Agency Administrators can enable 2FA by navigating to Set Up Files>Set Up Options.  Under Other Options, check the option Use two-factor authentication.
