Job financial status
What is it?
The new job financial status feature offers an interactive and centralized page to access all the pertinent financial details of a job.
Why does it matter?
This feature lets you drill down into each line item (task type) and transaction types without leaving the page. From a centralized place, you can get a comprehensive overview of key financial information for your job, including:
- Job Billable Status for all charge types, with an option to drill down into specific transactions.
- Job Cash Details by transaction type, with option to drill down into specific transactions.
- Job Time Details by transaction, with the option to drill down into specific task and transaction types.
- Job External Costs by billable and non-billable types with the option to drill down into specific transactions.

Enhancements
Update Resource Tracker Hours in Previous Months
Users with full access can now update Resource Tracker hours in previous months. This allows Brand Operations/Project Management teams to keep the staff plan for an Estimate up to date. Prior to this enhancement, only the month within the open accounting month can be updated.
While there's no direct financial impact in changing the hours in past months, authorized users continue to have the option to update the Revenue Tracker based on the adjusted Resource Tracker.
Job Creator Now Visible on New Job UI
From the Job Form, navigate to Settings>Dates to see the job's creation date and the user who added the job, i.e. Job Added By
