Option to Suppress Contact Name on Reports

What is it?
A new option lets users suppress contact names from appearing on reports and external documents.

Why it matters
By default, every client or supplier contact requires a name, and this name shows on documents such as invoices. With this option, agencies can keep contact names for internal reference only, preventing them from appearing externally.

How it works
Users can turn the Suppress Contact Name option on or off in:

  • Client Contact Form

  • Supplier Contact Form

When enabled, reports and documents will no longer display the Contact Name. 


Consolidated Approval Notifications for Credit Cards

What is it?
Credit card approval notifications are now grouped into a single message when transactions are submitted together.

Why it matters
Approvers previously received a separate notification for every transaction, which created excess noise. Consolidation streamlines communication and reduces inbox clutter.

How it works
When multiple credit card transactions are submitted in the same batch, the system generates one consolidated approval notification. Transactions submitted in separate batches will continue to generate separate notifications.
