The Accountability API has been expanded to 'Post' new clients, jobs, or suppliers from another application. Refer to our API documentation for details.
Automatically bring in media financial data from Mediaocean
Media billing and cleared vendor invoices from Mediaocean's media platform in the U.S. can now be automatically ingested and posted within Accountability. Contact support@counta.com for more information if you are interested in activating this integration.
Copy and approve journals in one step
When copying a journal, you can select Copy & Approve to do both actions in one step. Note that you'll need to have the appropriate approval rights to see this option.
FX revaluation for bank accounts
This extends the FX revaluation function to facilitate the creation of revalutions for foreign currency bank accounts. This is in addition to the existing revaluation functions for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Send reminder to managers with transactions awaiting approval
This function allows you to send out reminders to managers who have particular transactions awaiting their approval, such as:

- Supplier invoices
- Purchase orders
- Leave
A Send approval reminders link is available for any of the Manage pages. The reminder emails include a list of the unapproved transactions that require the manager's review and approval.
