Manage Job Estimates through your AI Assistant

What is it? 

Authorized users can use Counta AI Connector to create, update, and delete Estimates and individual Estimate Entries using natural-language requests through a supported AI tool. 

Why does it matter?

When an AI assistant is already connected to other tools and business processes, it can serve as a common entry point for work across those systems. Users can manage an Estimate in Counta within the same AI-assisted workflow they use to review related information, coordinate work, or complete other connected tasks.

This reduces the need to move between applications and makes it easier to incorporate Estimate management into broader agency workflows.

How does it work?

Users can ask their AI assistant to:

• Create an Estimate and its entries.
• Update supported details on an existing Estimate.
• Add, update, or delete individual Estimate Entries.
• Delete an Estimate.

Counta AI Connector applies the same business rules, validations, user permissions, and rate-calculation logic used in Counta. Default rates are calculated automatically where applicable, and existing permissions continue to control who can change billable time rates.
