Updated 'look and feel', review job cash position for different project types, FX rate method on report header
Updated look and feel for a cohesive experience
We have applied our new UI style guide across pages for a consistent user experience. We will continue with this exercise for additional pages in future releases.
Legacy UI |
Updated look and feel | |
The following pages have a fresh new look:
- Master Files search pages for Clients, Employees, Prospects
- Manage search pages for: Credit Cards, Expense Claims, Inventory
- General Ledger Transaction Search page
- Job-related pages:
- Estimates
- Resource Tracker Summary
- Timelines and Timeline Reports
- Files Search
Analyze cash position for different job types
The Job Cash Summary view and export now includes the Job Type. You can now easily analyze your cash position for different project types or review your cash flow for client work vs agency jobs.
Display FX rate method on multi-office reports
When running a multi-office report, you have the option to select a Report Currency and the FX rate method to use for conversion. The header for the following reports now include the actual FX rate method selected on the request page. This makes it easier to validate the data on the report against the exchange rates stored in the system.
- Interactive Profit and Loss Statement
- Interactive Balance Sheet Statement
- GL Reports
- Payable Reports
- Receivables Reports
Here's an example of the P&L Statement report header. You'll see that the FX rates method reflects the selection from the request page.
