Configuration other options.

 

# Option Details  
1 Check Supplier Invoice Control Total on Post When enabled, a Control Total field appears on the supplier invoice header for the AP user to enter the total invoice amount.  When the supplier invoice is posted, the system will validate that the sum of the line items equal the control total amount. This is especially helpful if you are dissecting an invoice across departments, offices, etc.   
2 Display Entitlement Balance on Leave Requests, Emails and Messages For agencies using the native Leave function (Time Off management) in Accountability, enable this feature to show Leave Entitlement Balances on My Leave, and  notification emails and messages.   
3 Invoice numbering by Office This enables agencies with multiple offices in the database to have a numbering   
4 Set first 2 characters of number sequence for client job invoices All client job invoice numbers begin with P0, override this default value if needed.   
5 Set first 2 characters of number sequence for client job invoice credits All client job invoice numbers begin with P0, override this default value if you want credit invoices to start with a different prefix, e.g. CR.  
6 Product must be assigned to Jobs Enable this feature to require a Product on all new Jobs.     
7 Set Revenue Tracker to default Probability on Estimate Approval Enable this option to assign the default probability for Revenue Trackers when an Estimate is posted. Probabilities are defined through Accounting>Budgets> Budget Setup.   
8 Use Estimate FX Rate for Client Job Invoices    
9 On Estimate Post - Direct to Scheduled Invoices Enable this option to automatically launch the Scheduled Invoices page after an Estimate is posted. Learn more about Scheduled Invoices here.  
10 Restrict Estimate Rate to maximum of 2 decimal places By default, Rates on the Estimate are 6 decimal places. Enable this to set the decimal places to 2.   
11 On update of Revenue Tracker, create/ update scheduled Invoices Enable this feature to automatically create your billing schedule based on the Revenue schedule you defined through your Revenue Tracker.  Learn more about Scheduled Invoices here.  
12 Use FastPay Agencies (US) utilizing Avid Exchange's Fast Pay platform, to automate its payment disbursement workflow, can enable this to take advantage of the integration between  the Accountability and the Fast Pay platforms  
13 Use Period of Service    
14 Use Tax Point    
15 Use Electronic UK VAT lodgment Agencies with operations in the UK can enable this to leverage the electronic VAT lodging functionality in Accountability. Click here to learn more.  
16 Use US 1099 Agencies with US operations can enable this to leverage the 1099 reporting within the system during Tax reporting season.  
17 Use Employee Roles Not applicable  
18 Default Line descriptions to Task Type Name/GL Account Name Enable this to automatically populate the Description on transactions with the Task Type or GL Account Name. You can always override or add to the default description.   
19 Get data automatically on search pages This is recommended for agencies with a large data set.  When this option is enabled, the user would need to explicitly click Get Data to list the data on search pages.  This gives the user the ability to specify the relevant filters first.  
20 Default Timeline Start Time Not applicable.   
21 Default Timeline End Time Not applicable.   
22 First day of week in Resource Manager Not applicable. This is for the legacy Resource Manager function that has been replaced by the Resource Tracker.  
23 Show Local Tax and Invoice Total FX Rate on Invoices    
24 Use NZ Payday File This is for agencies with operations in New Zealand that  require Withholding Tax Lodgement with IRD.   
25 Use Talent This is for agencies with operations in the Australian market. Enable this to use the Talent payment integration with Xero.  
26 Use Inventories function This feature was developed in collaboration with experiential agencies who are managing and need to keep track of branded product inventory within their storage facilities. Learn more about the Inventories function here.  
27 Use Talent Client Sponsorships This feature was developed in collaboration with sports agencies managing sponsorship contract billing on behalf of their athlete clients.  This can be used for any talent-client sponsorship workflow, outside of sports agencies.  Click here to learn more.  
28 Allow attachment or removal of files on Posted transactions

By default, users are restricted from attaching or deleting files or hyperlinks on posted transactions. 

Enable this function to allow files to be updated on posted transactions. When enabled this also allows users to update the PDF document for supplier invoices.
