Allow Purchase Orders to be deleted? |
This allows a PO to be deleted if it is not pending approval, manager-approved, posted (aka 'final approved), or reconciled (completed). |
Billable Purchase Orders only from Estimate? |
If you check this box, billable POs can only be created from an Estimate. The default setting is unchecked. |
Create PO from Posted Estimates Only |
If you check this box, a Job-related PO can only be created from an estimate if it's a Posted (aka "Final Approved") Estimate. The default setting is unchecked. |
Create PO from Client Approve Estimates Only |
If you check this box, a Job-related PO can only be created from an estimate if it's a Client Approved Estimate. The default setting is unchecked. |
Limit PO creation value to Estimate line supplier cost value |
If you check this box, when creating a Job-related POs from an Estimate the PO will be limited to value of the line supplier cost. The default setting is unchecked. |
Limit PO creation value to Estimate total supplier cost value |
If you check this box, when creating a Job-related PO from an Estimate the PO will be limited to the value of the total supplier cost of that estimate. The default setting is unchecked. |
Display Supplier Bank Details on Purchase Order |
If your suppliers require their bank account details on POs, check this box. |
Display Supplier Tax ID No. on Purchase Order |
If your agency requires the Supplier Tax ID No. on all POs, check this box. |
Display Payment Terms on Purchase Orders |
If you want to include the agreed upon payment terms with your suppliers on POs, check this box. Use PO Notes or Vendor Level PO Disclaimers to supplement this information as needed. |
