Restrict access to API Credentials page
A new User Access Group Transaction Type "API Credentials" is now available to provide your agency the option to control who can have a token to access the Accountability API.
By default all users in the Administrators Users Access Group (UAG) automatically have access. To grant other UAGs access to this transaction type, navigate to the specific User Access Group and move "API Credentials" from the left (Not Selected) to the right (Selected) as shown on the .gif below.
View non-WIP journals on Job Financial Status
The External Costs tab of the Job Financial Status page now includes Non-WIP manual journals. This gives any job stakeholder a centralized view of all expenses and costs dissected to a Job, regardless of the source. These journals are reported under the Non-Billable column on the page and counted towards the Total Costs incurred on the job.
Auto-exclude inactive sub jobs when billing by master job
When billing by Master Job, all inactive sub-jobs are now automatically excluded. Prior to this change, un-billed billable time for inactive sub jobs had to be manually excluded.
Auto-populate Client Order No. on Blank Draft invoices
Blank draft invoices allow you to quickly generate a draft freeform invoice. The Client Order No. field is now auto-populated with the order number from the Job record, if available.
To view or update the Client Order No. on draft invoices, click on Settings .
Select General Settings from the list of options.

Fixes
Retain Purchase Order status during job transfer
The system will now retain the status of any Purchase Order when it is transferred from one job to another. Prior to this fix release, the PO status is refreshed to Un-submitted under the new Job.
Prevent posting of payment FX gain/loss to inactive jobs
The system now prevents exchange rate gains (or losses) from a supplier invoice payment to post to an inactive job. The user will be blocked from posting the payment entry and receive the following message:
Prior to this fix, if there was an exchange rate variance between a supplier invoice and the payment, and the option to Pass FX Gain/Loss to the Client is enabled for the job, the system posted the gain or the loss to inactive jobs.
