Automated PO Matching and Time Entry from your AI Tool
AI: Smart Scan for Supplier Invoices and Auto PO Matching
Smart Scan
Smart Scan uses OpenAI to read incoming supplier invoice PDFs and identify key details, including the invoice number, invoice date, and PO number.
Automated PO Matching
Counta uses its rules-based logic to match the extracted PO number to a posted Purchase Order. When it finds a match, it defaults the supplier and populates invoice lines using the same logic as Add From PO. Users review and edit the prepared invoice before processing it.
