Create, Update, and Delete Jobs with Counta AI Connector

Authorized users can use the Counta AI Connector with supported AI tools to create, update, and delete jobs using natural-language requests.

When creating a job, users can provide details such as the client, job type, department, managers, billing settings, and agency-defined custom fields in a single request. For an existing job, users can reference the job number to update selected details, clear information that is no longer needed, or delete the job.

The connector validates requests against existing Accountability settings and the user’s permissions, helping ensure that valid values are used and that job actions follow established access controls. This supports targeted job actions within an AI-assisted workflow, while the standard Jobs workspace remains available for browsing, reviewing, and managing job records in detail.
