What's New - July 31, 2023
Approval scenario notifications, CSI integration, and Media financial summary enhancement.
Notifications on approval scenarios
What is it?
The system has been upgraded to enhance the delivery of notifications related to approval scenario transactions.
Why does it matter?
These enhancements give users the freedom to choose how and where they want to receive updates, making sure they get timely notifications about transaction submissions and approvals. The goal of this feature is to deliver up-to-the-minute info, helping users keep up with their transaction statuses.
How does it work?

CSI integration enhancement
What is it?
We are releasing an enhancement to our CSI integration which will sync the following vendor details from Accountability to CSI:
- Supplier Name
- Master Supplier
- Supplier Contact Address, including E-Mail
- Supplier Bank Account Details (Routing and Account Numbers)
Why does it matter?
The existing link between CSI and Accountability acknowledges CSI as the main source of vendor data. When someone selects 'Send to CSI', we verify that all suppliers in the payment batch are in the CSI system. However, changes to supplier details such as name, address, or bank account in Accountability aren't updated in CSI. This can lead to inaccurate Payee Names or payment details in the payment platform. As an agency AP Manager, it's crucial to have vendor information from the main financial system accurately mirrored in the payment platform.
How does it work?
This update necessitates that your CSI credentials carry the necessary permissions to modify a Vendor. We are currently working in tandem with CSI to facilitate this update.
To learn more about:
Note that this vendor sync occurs at the point of payment transmission, not when the supplier record is updated in Accountability. This means that new payments will be sent with the most up-to-date supplier name/master supplier, address, or bank account details.
